Extensively trained in NAIOMT skills for manual therapy and joint mobilizations/manipulations. Myofascial release is a hands-on technique used to address myofascial restrictions or adhesions in the body's fascia, which is a connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and organs. We use gentle pressure and stretching to release these restrictions, improving mobility and reducing pain.

Blood flow restriction training (BFRT), also known as occlusion training, is a specialized exercise technique that involves partially restricting blood flow to the muscles during resistance training. The benefits include increased muscle strength, hypertrophy (muscle growth), and endurance, even with lighter loads.

Cupping involves placing cups, typically made of glass or silicone, on the skin's surface and creating a vacuum or suction effect. This suction lifts the skin and underlying tissues, increasing blood flow to the area and promoting the release of muscle tension and fascial restrictions.

We applies a small amount of lubricant, such as massage oil or cream, to the patient's skin When using the tool. This facilitates the movement of the instrument over the affected area.
